Brooklyn Optics is your location for all-in-one production ease; from a variety of studio spaces, in-house prop rentals, lighting equipment, and on-site parking. Our mission is to make your project seamless and authentic. Check out our studios and look over our props either in person or online.

Shoot Where History Lives

  • We offer individual rentals as well as bundled spaces based on your production theme. Just reach out with to us with the studios you’re interested in.

  • We have lighting, grip gear, and a wide selection of unique vintage props. Check out our selection here.

  • We specialize in providing authentic industrial, dystopian, and distressed spaces for film, photography, and production shoots. Our location is ideal for abandoned, haunted, or vacant-themed projects. With controlled acoustics and no other tenants, we also support audio interviews and live recordings.

    Industrial Loft

    This 2,000 sq. ft. space features 13’ ceilings, distressed brick walls, and soundproof qualities ideal for audio-focused productions and industrial projects.

    The 700 sq. ft. 1920s-era office set combines distressed brick walls, authentic 1940s–60s furnishings, and vintage police décor.

  • Murphy Bedroom and Kitchen

    The loft bedroom features a hidden Murphy bed, Pecky Cypress wood walls, a nearby kitchen, and living room access.

    The 700 sq. ft. vintage medical set features an authentic dystopian aesthetic with 1920s hospital furnishings, enamel lights, and medical décor, ideal for period films, medical horror, and interviews.
